All Parts Are Welcome
Background
After transitioning from my previous career as a high school math and science teacher, community leader, and teacher trainer, I attended Seattle University’s Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy and received my LMFTA license. I now practice as a systemic relationship focused therapist for both individuals and couples. I am also a certified yoga teacher and am passionate about mindfulness and body based therapeutic approaches.
My Approach
I believe humans are relational creatures, and that our most intimate relationships have an immense impact on our health and wellbeing. As a therapist, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotionally focused therapy, and body-based somatic practices, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and learn to truly accept themselves and others. With a background in both science and philosophy, I bridge the worlds of matter and mystery through psychoeducation, ritual, and experiential practices. My hope is to guide clients toward greater integration, wholeness, and belonging, supporting them on their journey to becoming more connected to themselves and those around them.
